This cosy holiday home on the island of Rab offers space for up to 5 people and impresses with its partial sea view from the private sun terrace. The former farmhouse from 1880 was renovated in 1999 and converted into a modern, comfortable holiday accommodation.



On approximately 72 m² of living space, spread across two floors, you can expect the following room layout:



Ground Floor (GF):

On the ground floor, there is an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area is designed to be bright and cosy, offering direct access to the terrace and courtyard.



First Floor:

On the first floor are the two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and in one of the bedrooms an additional single bed is available. This makes the house ideal for families with children or couples.



The private terrace is approximately 30 m² large and equipped with a table, chairs for six people, sun loungers and a private grill. From here you have direct access to the courtyard. Two secured parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets are welcome upon request.

The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, bed linen, towels and a separate entrance. The surroundings are excellent for beach holidays, family vacations or romantic trips. Water sports opportunities, boat trips and swimming are possible in the immediate vicinity.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet access, kitchen towels and tourist tax.

Additional costs may apply for pets and a boat mooring. The deposit will be refunded upon departure.
