"The room was very basic, but met all my needs---it was small, but clean and quiet--I had a mini refrigerator and Keurig, so I had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and my (limited) interactions with the staff were kind and considerate. I will definitely be staying there again. "

The front desk personnel were kind and thoughtful, ensuring we could get the door open easily. When we checked out, the desk personnel asked if there was anything else they could have done to make our stay more pleasant, which there was not. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. "

"Our stay was quiet and restful with a beautiful view of Lake Chatuge from our 2nd floor balcony. Room was quiet and clean. Priced reasonably in comparison with other hotels. Close to the kake for hikes and far enough from the road for privacy to relax."

"We stayed here for one night after attending a late evening graduation at Western Carolina University. We checked in extremely late but that process went smoothly. The only issue we had was with the TV remote but someone came promptly and fixed that issue. Breakfast was included with our stay. The dining area was kept extremely clean by a cheerful and pleasant staff member. We tipped her very well to show our appreciation. You won't go wrong staying here!"
