It was very tranquil and comfortable

This was perfect for our family. We brought nanny, and got the two bedroom. Our young girls slept on the pull out couch. Pool is beautiful, cute bar. No beach… the pictures on the website trick you into thinking beach is right there. They also don’t clean your room everyday.

I loved the apartment, it was very comfortable. The pool area was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights in the 3-bedroom suite. Everything, from the moment of arrival, was top rate. The front desk attendant was in contact with me via text to ensure a smooth and efficient check in before arrival and was a great help with local recommendations at check in. Great for a relaxing weekend, quiet hotel not too far from the main tourist center. We love the shuttle service provided by the hotel and his driver Gerry who guided us in every short trips. The only advice to the hotel is to provide the housekeeping service everyday without being requested by the guest, we expected this service to be included since the hotel charged an extra 51.00 usd per night!

Perfect location

We traveled as a family with 3 small children, so we liked having a hotel away from Duval street. It was convenient being a 5 min shuttle drive from the airport to the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a good size. We liked that the pool was heated too. We ate breakfast at the hotel most days, and the food was pretty good with attentive service. The shuttle to the downtown area was about 10-15 mins away and dropped off/picked up at a good location around a lot of good...

First time staying on a houseboat but will definitely not be the last. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the marine life.

The Duval House was absolutely precious. The garden courtyard was beautifully taken care of with plenty of nooks to sit in. The pool is mostly shaded for the hottest part of the day, which seemed especially valuable in comparison to other BnBs. Our room was very comfortable with probably the best bed I’ve been in at a hotel or BnB. And all of the staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even KissKiss, the property cat, made the rounds to our room to make sure everything was in perfect...

Hyatt Centric was a great choice. We loved the view of the water. It has a very nice pool and pool bar restaurant. There is a small beach area also. We had breakfast at Flamingo's and it was excellent. You can walk to Duval street very easily. We will be back.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Everyone was wonderful. The property was immaculate. The hotel was a perfect location. The only negative would be that the Disney cruise ship passengers were able to use the amenities such as the pool restroom. The restroom was located by the pool so we had to wait in line at least 15 minutes. Would have been faster going back to our room but that would be annoying.
