"The room was clean and as advertised. The hosts are great couple. Husband and wife who are around to help. Food options are limited as they order from restaurant close by. Drink prices are a bit higher than the ones seen in user photos but similar prices to all those around. Location is convenient. "My mom and sister in law stayed at this hotel And they absolutely loved it. It was in the middle of the everything. Walking distance to food places and shops. Staff were nice and accommodating however they are strict with check in times. They got there at 10am and were not able to check in until 3pm. The pool and other amenities were fine, breakfast was good, and over all stay is good."

"The shower head and tap are not working well. The hotel did not get my original room request and we waited for quite some time to get it done. The staff are nice and pleasant. The breakfast food is fine. Airport shuttle bus timings are not frequent and it will be good if can adjust to customer needs. Thanks."

"Staff is great, breakfast is ok but surprisingly enough the Thai resteraunt is no where close to tasting like authentic Thai food which is surprising since the founders of Dusit Thani hotels are Thai family and still own 49% of the shares. The Dusit Thani employee culture is excellent in other Dusit hotels but for whatever reason which I can’t understand they don’t seem to be able to teach the other hotel Thai Resteraunts the proper recipe."

"I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have reached our villa. After that, we realised we walk back to our villa from the Palma (lobby) is faster than waiting for tuk tuk shuttle. One of the tuk tuk drivers, young man is very helpful as he gave us a lift when saw us walking back to villa on the second day of our stay (after breakfast at the Palma). I didn’t get his name but he is highly recommended for his excellent service and even helped us replace our room key that was suddenly spoilt, as we cannot enter the room after our breakfast. Thank you!"

"Hue did a great job to ensure that we were well looked after with our toddler. It was rainy season so a few days of rain but the team work hard to ensure that everyone is still comfortable and to assist with organising tours etc. One comment is that it would be great to have a play area indoors for small children to play when the weather isn’t great."
