"This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."

"I don't remember staying in any VRBO that had a better-equipped kitchen. Everything, from sharp knives to a lobsta-cooking pot! And everything was well organized, clean and functional. Even spices or odds and ends left by previous tenants were helpful. The host must go throught he cupboards and intuitively keep only those leftovers that seem helpful to the next tenant because we actually did use leftover tea bags, a spot of sugar, the pepper grinder. Thank you previous tenants and host. Rave reviews for the kitchen. Check-in was also fantastic. I reached out to the host with several pesky questions and she was also was delightful and patient. Then on the day of arrival, (maybe day before) I received both an email and text with the necessaries for our arrival. Couldn't have been smoother. We had a GREAT stay! Hope to come back."

"The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed. A very quick drive (or bike ride) to the water gave our family a number of options for dining, shopping and touristy things like sunset cruises and ferry rides. The layout was perfect for our family if four. "

"The White Ibis Retreat was ideal for our vacation. We were able to walk to the waterfront easily and enjoy the houses along the way. The dog park was very convenient across the street. The property is nestled in the trees and was very peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch while reading and grilling. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such. We appreciated the washer and dryer as well. Although it was nice to have televisions I would like to have had a Bose radio or Alexa to play music. The bed was comfortable and the closet organizers are a welcome addition. We had a wonderful day cruise on the Crystal Coast Lady. They have local guides and friendly staff. A great way to enjoy the horses and dolphins and to see the Beaufort area. We are definitely ready to plan another trip back to Beaufort and to stay at the White Ibis Retreat. "

"This was a great property! The only downfall was being unable to keep our boat in the neighborhood. However the lot available was right down the road from the property making it easy to check on it & across the street from the ramp which was very convenient. The townhome was spacious & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cookware. The plans for our dog sitting fell through the day before we were supposed to arrive & they were accommodating of adding our dog at the last minute when I was stressed about having to come up with a plan B. The host was very responsive with communication.We would definitely stay there again!"
