"A group of us booked eight rooms at this hotel as our base for a four day trip to Valencia. The rooms were booked as double rooms for single occupancy - all of them turned out to be double rooms with twin beds. No fridge in the bedrooms and UHT milk provided - both of which were a disappointment. The safe requires a strange key which has to be asked for at reception - again a disappointment as this was not advised upon checking in - it just seemed like the safe door had a hole in it and wasn't...

"Tot be"

"Sensationelles Frühstück mit allem was man sich so wünscht."

"Pleased I did choose NH Valencia Center. If you travel a decent amount, it is not a 4 star but a very good 3 star! Location wise, I thought it was"

"Unterkunft war in Ordnung der check in hat reibungslos funktioniert."

"I fell in the slippery shower!!!"

"Check in was a mess. Put in all the traveller details ahead of time using the website, but then still had to use the kiosk at the front entrance to put in all the info, AGAIN. After a lengthy process at the kiosk, the screen read “please retrieve your key” . . . and literally nothing else happened. Don’t know if the machine was supposed to spit out a key, or a key card, or even a piece of paper with number on it, but literally nothing happened. A few minutes later a cleaning lady happened to...

"good hotel, close to train station ."

"The location is good as the hotel is close to the metro, tram and conference centre. However, the property is old and tired and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation (apparently some have been done, but not the floor I was staying). The A/C is very weak - so much so the hotel leaves a card key inside the slot in the room to force it to run continuously. If you leave the curtains open the heat from the sun makes it struggle more."

"The Roof top bar was fantastic with great views"

"Great hotel which is very centrally located."

"The property is new and very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but manageable. There was no place to put clothes other than pre-set hangers (6, I believe) attached to the walls. No drawers etc. No luggage holder. If staying a short time, no big deal but I was there for just under 2 weeks. So the luggage was open on the floor the entire time. There was also no English TV which for a longer stay was a bit annoying. Overall though, I will stay there again. Very clean, good shower,...

"The hotel was in and ideal location and near to the old town and shops, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and offered us a drink to unwind before we went to our room. The room was smallish but not cramped and was ample room for the two of us. It was lovely, modern and had extra touches that made it great. The breakfast albeit not cheap was worth the money and had a huge selection which was lovely. The rooftop bar was good and we enjoyed cocktails late...
