Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
RUN as fast as you can. Booked this place and left hours after. Here is why:1. It is actually part of a commune. Numerous other building that don't appear in pictures or description on VRBO2. There are 2 separate units. One up, One down. Require separate entrance3. Downstairs bathroom flooded. Owner admits to a broken pipe in the wall, so says use the other 2 upstairs. So, go outside, upstairs, unlock the door to use the bathroom in the middle of the night? We decide to sleep upstairs with the rest of our party. Oops, no linens on the twin beds, so we use the linens from downstairs to sleep on the couch. 4. Outdated, dirty pool, dirty grill, broken coffee maker.5. Owners response was "did we expect a 5 star hotel?" And we left a mess? A mess? Because we took linens off a bed to sleep on the old couch. 6. Ironically, the owner complains about water on the floor from someone taking a shower, but the whole downstairs bathroom is flooded. 7. We left after one night.8. Filed a complaint with VRBO. They deny a refund because the owner said I did not contact him with the issues. The truth is VRBO has copies of my emails between me and the owner immediately upon my arrival and the next morning. Lesson learned.
