Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. Only issue was room was a bit noisy when the window was open and warm when closed. Area outside is very crowded with people and cars. Hotel did offer to change rooms.

Loved our stay! You can walk everywhere or take the tramway. The hotel is nice and the rooftop terrace is also a great spot. The only things are the air not functioning in the room and lack of outlet plugs un the room. Besides that we loved our stay and I would definitely recommend.

The bungalow was clean, the bed was firm and to our liking. We really enjoyed the restaurant, great choices for food and beverages. The market carried a good selection as well. Overall it was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the River Arno. The courtyard is lively and the roof terrace has spectacular views. It’s lovely to sit up there watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Make sure to take the tour at Baddia Coltibuono. The short wine tour takes you down into the cellars where you see the huge barrels and hundreds of bottles of wine belonging to the family. It’s a MUST to have dinner at the restaurant.
The family that owns this property is very genuine and caring. The owner was there to greet us every morning. Their breakfast was great. Just a very charming place!
Great location! Just 15minutes from Panzano and aprox 15-35 min to most wineries and dinner locations! Stunning views! Absolutely picturesque, quiet and Serene.
The area is exactly what you want when you think of Tuscany.
