Staff was very nice - room was clean - but NOT the bathroom- a dog down the hall was barking incessantly - with that being said it wasn’t that bad considering all the other places that were way more expensive for a quick trip to see our boys at Virginia Tech- Would actually stay there again

First they kept telling I had no reservation I showed him my receipt/ itinerary He said no he doesn't see a reservation. After 45 mins of having to be on a calm via my personal phone with little servi ce due to the remote location Expedia called the front desk and wouldn't you know it oh he found it. No apologies he simply said please let me see if room is clean well it wasn't

We enjoyed our stay here

We had a really nice stay at the Quality Inn Radford. Great location and easy parking. The front desk person who checked us in was excellent. Our room was comfortable with a nice hot shower and great blackout curtains. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the breakfast area was perfectly adequate. The hotel has a little age on it but this does not detract from its level of comfort or great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel and staff were very nice, the room was spacious. Need to do the finishing touches to the renovations to enhance the property. It is a really nice facility, but the incomplete painting takes away from it. Breakfast was accomodating.

Hotel is old and musty. We got a room by one of the exit doors and heard nothing but the doors slamming for 2 days. Lots of pets staying there.
