"Such a helpful, friendly and conscientious receptionist(Peter) when i arrived. He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated. My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect."

"We had a really lovely stay at The Jubilee Hotel, the hotel was very clean. Very nice room with everything you needed. comfortable bed very happy with the comfort of the accommodation. The breakfast was really good, well cooked with plenty of choice 😋 our party of three all agreed we have never stayed anywhere with such a lovely friendly team of staff, absolutely fantastic, everyone we met that worked there and spoke to in every department were so friendly helpful and kind, 😊we loved it and will definitely be booking to stay again. "Lovely hotel for our 1 night stay. Friendly welcoming staff made it special. Great breakfast, lots of options including my favourite avocado on sourdough. Yes a little noisy at night due to being located on a busy street, but lovely room with an unexpected 4 poster bed and free standing bath. Perfect base for exploring the area. We walked 2 miles to West Bay and drove to Lyme Regis. Would have liked to enjoy a drink in the courtyard garden under the wisteria as it looked beautiful but time was against us. Market right outside on Saturday morning was great for fresh fruit, veg and plants. Hotel parking was very useful."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Pretty quiet considering Main Street location. There’s no food available but space provided to eat your own if you want and plenty of tea and coffee in the lounge. Stayed on a Sunday so it was cheaper price - not sure if it’s worth top dollar but it’s a nicely done place. "
