"This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, which easy access to restaurants and shops on State Street. Loved the unique room configurations and how well kept the historic hotel was. Would come back."
"It’s literally a hidden gem. People probably are avoiding booking it because there aren’t a lot of reviews that’s simply because it’s brand new and it definitely looks and feels that way. It was so clean and it was perfect location and space for my family. I absolutely will only stay here going forward when I am visiting Santa Barbara.
Easy check-in, great amenities, perfect location and amazing communication from the staff. "
"Newly revamped. The lobby is chic SoCal style and the rooms are super cozy. It felt like a boutique hotel in the center of SB at State street. Short walk to the beach. A+! "
"I want to go too crazy for one day on our way back from San Diego County to the Bay area. Everyone that work that was pretty nice. Nice pool and a great jacuzzi. I do appreciate that they have coffee and tea and the lobby 24/7. It's very unassuming but our room was quite nice. We had a one bedroom. It was all so a roll out bed which my daughter appreciated. The location is unbeatable."
"I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Everything was lovely, first class and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was enough to satisfy most people and delicious. The only suggestion and I would give is to upgrade your paper products, napkins, tissues, and toilet paper. They were not the same standard or quality that the rest of the hotel was. also it might benefit you to unplug the blow dryers to save energy. "
