"Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day"

"my friend and I book 2 seperate room and Hotel.com contact person confirmed with me availability of 2 but when we arrived, only one room left. Althrough nearly 20 phone call to the hotline, no reply by now.
It's the worst expierience I need an explanation."

Breakfast and dinner was delicious and professionally presented. They only have four rooms so prompt service is no issue.
The view and pool add to the unique ambience of this hotel."
