"The room was fantastic. Spotless amazing view of the Pacific. Food in restaurant excellent. Overall maintenance of common areas of the greater property poor due to heavy short term visitors of all stripes coming and going in large numbers. Front desk staff seem to understand they are irreplaceable in their remote location and handle interactions like you should feel lucky they are engaging you. Problem- I’ll get to you when I can.
