"We did have some checking in issues - we didn’t receive a key box code and had to ring the host at midnight. We found it quite hard to reach the host in the days leading up to the booking."

"Excellent property, beautifully presented, in idyllic setting. Wrongly listed as with kitchen but otherwise first class "

"A comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean and well appointed shepherds hut with a great welcome pack. amazing views from the hut. Recommended to friends and family. We hope to get back again soon!!!"

"Building is a converted office. Room was on the 10th floor. Common parts of the building away from the apartments could do with some improvements. Amazing value. Very clean and well laid out property with instant heating and good features. Check in was tricky as asked to pay a second time. But that was a simple misunderstanding. Would really recommend for a comfortable night's sleep."

"Great customer service response"

"Really nice stay in a small village with a lot of history. The property is situated close to some well known places such as Tintern and Usk. Great communication from the hosts who were very friendly and supporting."

"This is the second time that we’ve stayed at Bridge Cottage and hopefully not our last. We love it here and the pub next door is wonderful! Cottage is clean and warm with everything you need, can’t fault anything,"

"The staff here are the best! So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and I loved the variety. The location is perfect for exploring the city."

"Good communication from hosts and parking is easy. The photo's of the property don't do it just as its bigger than it looks, ideal for 2 people. Good location and good friendly pub 2 minutes walk away with good food and drink.Would highly recommend and would stay again if in this area."

"Spent a marvellous Christmas week here with the family. Amenities were excellent, decorations for Christmas were great. Welcome pack very good."

"Lovely cottage. Good location too. The only negative was the bugs that woke us up in the middle of the night. A bit scary because they are really big and crawls on your skin. Other than that, still okay."

"Well equipped house. Great communication. Will book again great pub and chip shop nearby"

"A great property with a few clearly defined spaces to enjoy. The location was great for an enjoyable pleasant weekend, and the process with the host was very efficient and slick."
