"This was such a great hotel in many ways! The location is awesome, the in-hotel restaurants are accessible and spacious and there are lots of fun activities e.g. happy hour in the lobby etc. We have Marcos who checked us in and he was the best- friendly, helpful, and efficient! He remembered me the next few days and always said hi to me too- which I thought was particularly nice! We had a suite for 4 adults- which was perfect for us. It was a nice room and very spacious and the bathroom was clean."

"Fantastic location!!!! Was so close to our broadway shows, Times Square, 30 rock, and more. The lobby is beautiful. The room was alright. The walls had some strange spots on it. The shower and bathroom are small. Shower had shampoo but no conditioner. The bathroom floors get very wet when showering. We tried to contact the front desk to ask about something, and it wouldn’t connect. I wish there were two bedside tables, there was only one."

"The stay was really good the hotel was nice and staff were great- restaurants I would say tho the waitress need to get it together- waiting to long and she forgot most of my order - other then that the rooms were clean- parking was an issue as well- and they shouldn’t make guess pay for parking if they are stayin- I stayed at a few and they never made the guess pay- "

"We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp."
