1/8 Indigo Avenue - Rainbow Beach

You can walk down the street and grab an icecream or a coffee, or head down the beach and throw a line in or have a swim. No need for the car, you can walk to everything from here with ease.

This fantastic, three-bedroom townhouse is located a stone's throw to the patrolled surf beach, shops and cafes. Only five properties between you and the park that overlooks the ocean, this is a fantastic location.

The unit boasts a master bedroom with air conditioning, ensuite and large walk in robe on the upper level. Bedrooms two and three are also located on the upper level and share the main bathroom and a separate toilet. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as the living area.

The lower floor has an open plan living area with a smart TV. The kitchen and dining area opens out onto the covered, outdoor entertainment space which has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for a family beachside holiday including a dishwasher, oven and an extra fridge in dining room.

Also on the ground floor, there is a laundry boasting a washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet, powder room, as well as a single lock up carport.

Sleeps six in three x queen size beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
