    Separate, spacious living areas allow room for a large or extended family which is perfect for beach side holidays with family and friends. Gorgeous wrap around decks overlook the huge in ground pool and the home feels more like a resort than a residence.
    Cook up a storm in the huge, functional kitchen which features a handy island bench and a dishwasher. The open-plan design sees the kitchen flowing into the upstairs living area and straight onto the massive deck for easy, relaxed living. And you can keep an eye on the kids from there as well.

    Free Wi-Fi for guests as well.

    Bring the family pet along on your holiday (outdoors only please) and they will safe inside the fenced back yard.

    Sleeps ten in one x king size bed, three x queen size beds and two x single beds.

    Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

    Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
    Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

    Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

    Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Great Location

Overall the property is great. Great pool area. Wide open design on the 2nd floor. Down stairs bedroom, old, musty smell and the shelves are falling apart. Would stay again, however wouldn't use the down stairs bedroom.

Amazing, definitely coming back

Walking distance to everything. Great for kids, as you have a gated veranda upstairs and down. The property had everything we needed.

Great place to stay

Us, our friends and all our kids stayed a week and had an amazing time. The property size is perfect for a couple of families to stay together and we all loved the pool. We are already talking about when we can come to stay again!

Amazing place to stay with a family. Unfortunately we arrived as strict covid-19 restrictions came into place so had to cut our trip short so didn't get to enjoy everything the town had to offer. However, was a beautiful home with everything you could need. The real estate were amazing to deal with. We will be back ASAP and would be happy to rent this property once a year.

Barny’s at Rainbow Beach

Fantastic house not far from the beach. LOTS of space for bigger groups. 3 of the bedrooms are on the western side and can get pretty warm in the summer months. Overall and excellent place to stay!

We were told we could check in at 11am , arrived and told no the cleaners had to go through so couldn't check in till 12 . Found an old bread roll under one of the beds. No wifi working so that was abit disappointing . Great property in all.

Was a great clean spacious house for our group in the perfect location. I did note that in the bedroom with the two single beds that there was dirt like stain on the mattress protector covered by the doona That bed wasn’t used by us so just left it as we found it. Would recommend and will likely return to this place. Thanks again

Perfect!

The house was huge and had everything you could think of. Every little detail has been thought of by the owner. Only a short walk into town and to the beach, but still in a street away from the main town. We are already looking at booking again!

Perfect for multi generation families

We stayed for 7 nights to celebrate a family birthday. The house is spacious with easy flow of communal areas and 3 bathrooms. Grandkids kids loved the pool. Adults loved the easy access to the beach, parks and shops. We didn't need the car, except fir a trip to Tin Can Bay to feed the dolphins. Was a perfect way to relax and spend quality time with family.

Great place... Heaps room... close to town

Had a great family stay...lots room with lovely verandahs.. . Fended yard...fenced Pool...verandahs safe too. Great for the family pets and kids. Love to go again. We walked everywhere. So accessible. Even the dog went for her own swim on the beach as she found easy to find.... whilst we were packing up.... thanks to locals for there help.

Fantastic Beach House

We had a great time we had in late OCT Stayed for 12 nights and we were very very happy with the house . Very spacious, clean & very comfortable . The veranda is like a whole other spacious outdoor family area . We spent plenty of time out there and in the pool . Will be recommending it to others who are looking for a spacious well set out house .

Great Layout

Great house, well designed and perfect for the family. Plenty of space and room to do your own thing. Beautiful and well maintained pool, comfortable furnishings and a great entertaining kitchen layout. Only suggestions would include: updating kitchen crockery & glassware, better knives and/or knife sharpener, and a pantry (we had to consolidate cupboard space to make a space as our pantry), otherwise it ticks all the boxes!!
