"Everything from staff friendliness, helpfulness, room cleanliness, information and maintenance was superb. The only negative was the fact that there was not a single drawer or shelf space in the wardrobe to store any clothes in, so had to live out of our cases."

"Stayed here for 3 nights in a lovely large room. Only down side was lack of air conditioning, there were fans in the room which helped slightly but the hotel cannot control the outside 35C temperature. The hotel was lovely with very friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the menu had plenty of choices. Breakfast was self service with a wide selection of choices available. The hotel was an ideal location for walking (30 mins) or driving into the town centre. We did not have time to use the leisure facilities."

"The staff in the restaurant were very stretched and we waited a long time for our order to be taken, over an hour on one night, but they were very helpful all other times and the food once ordered came quickly"

"Hotel and room were clean, and staff were good, but there was no air conditioning anywhere, in the rooms or the restaurant. They just relied on floor fans. Really not good with the summer we've had. Plenty of parking spaces, but no EV charge points."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."
