"Poor management, I was offered a room (510) with washbasin at 2 1/2 feet height, with water splashing around. No bathroom curtain, no antiskid mat in shower area. Every time when the doorbell rang there was blaring fire alarm, which NOONE could figure out why? When the front desk was informed, they were just passing the buck. The floor manager had no idea what the problem was and perhaps had never visited any of the hotel room to check. It was a family holiday with my younger sister, and it was ruined. can not recommend!"

"The room was in reasonably good condition, but the bedding seemed worn and smelt , We complained about the toilet seat, because it was broken, but nothing was done about it while we were there, We also asked to be provided with hand towels , but were told that they do not provide them, all they provided were 2 bath towels."
