Amazing staff and clean room. Breakfast can be brought to sitting area outside room and they have two amazing restaurants in their sister property, which they also offer a free shuttle to reach.

Very quaint and beautiful unique hotel, staff is extremely friendly come on nice and helpful. We even got to say hello to the owners and enjoy the beautiful garden in the front. Each room is unique and well furnished and well maintained. This hotel is definitely a gem. We strongly recommend, we lived here for five days and we're very happy.

I loved staying here. The staff was so very nice and helpful. Food was delicious. The room was beautiful. I am slightly handicapped and the staff was so very accommodating and helped me with steps (just a few) and access to buffet. A Holi bonfire was just down the street and a staff member (Mr. Singh) helped me get there with my walker. Dining room staff were so kind and helpful. Mr. Nagebi in the dining room was especially nice when I dined there. Loved my stay here.

A best Hotel indeed I am very harsh on hotel reviews but this is actually was by far the best hotel. This hotel feels like a place! The rooms were clean and had that perfect bland of modern features with a vintage touch. The staff is super friendly and helpful; make us feel like home. The entire property is unique. Like being a visitor in a museum hotel filled with collectibles and yet very comfortable. Tasteful and whimsical. There is not a lot to see or do in Bikaner but who cares? Come and pamper yourself. Also the food is amazing. Staff are friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this property
