"Hello, We had booked the hotel via Expedia and arrive at Chandigarh Airport at 9pm, we spoke to hotel staff and arrived to the hotel, but when we reached at the hotel, we came to know that there were no rooms available for us. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition.
