When I showed up, they said all the rooms were full and I could not check in. I had to find another hotel to stay at for the night. And they charged me for a security deposit, when I never even checked in.

Room was infested with roaches, refrigerator wouldn't shut properly. The toilet was clogged Couldn't turn off one light you had to turn off all the lights,light switch broken. The tiles on the floor were coming apart and causing me to slip and slide, bad odor in the room,sheets were dirty and I was bitten all over due to bed bugs, spoke with management staff was unprofessional I left work on my lunch break to go pay for the room to be told that I had to come back at 3 o'clock. Had to leave work early, catch 2 buses back to the place and when I get there quarter two three there's nobody at the front desk. I'm sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes until the staff came back in and I said you told me to be here at 3 o'clock,I left work early and nobody's was there. Staff was rude. Was there 7 days and was only able to get one roll of toilet paper and was told i had to provide my own, also was given only two towels for two people was told i had to pay to wash them that i couldn't exchange them. Couldn't get a refund winded up leaving to check into another hotel room.

They had Roaches.

The double room was nice. The full size fridge and stove top was a nice addition. Checked out early due to ROACHES! Woke up to them on the bed with my daughter, they came in from behind the fridge despite the Terminex bait that was in place. One person working in office, she was nice but more office help is a must.

no heat or toliet paper

I stayed at this hotel because before and had a good experience. This time the room was clean but NO TOLIET PAPER. The gentleman in the office was very apologetic but could not find any toilet paper. We were about to go to the grocery store to get some. Then it was a cold and rainy night NO HEAT. We had to turn the hot water on in the shower to warm the bathroom & turn the burner on the little stove to warm the room. It was crazy. My only weekend to relax and I froze and couldn't go to the bathroom. The gentleman in the office was kind and brought me some blankets and after about an hr & 1/2 found toilet paper.

inexpensive not always a good idea

next time i will not go for least expensive .... 2 towels ... water did not run full time when showering pressure would come on a for a moment then fade away to a trickle ... burn holes in bed cover ... 1 small bar of soap which had like sand in it ..gritty ... no shampoo sample bottles ... no coffee for coffee machine ... little things ... true you get what you pay for . cops there for dispute first night .... 2nd night party going on 2 doors down ... place to sleep i guess ......it worked ... but just a little less than i expected .

Pretty Good!!

At first I was worried with some of the people that was walking around but was put at ease by the faculty and the cleanliness of the room. Motel is in a pretty good area. Lots of restaurants, stores etc. Within walking distance to several of each. I would def. stay again. They even had a laundry mat on site that I was able to wash and dry my clothes in.
