Parking Details: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only — 1 in Spot #212 (assigned) and 1 in any unmarked space behind or in front of the building, including the last row near Dunn Road. Do not park in any other numbered spot — violators will be towed at your expense.

No street parking: vehicles may be towed.

No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their private unit, including all listed amenities inside the apartment. However, CERTAIN community features, such as the gym and other shared facilities ,are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. Please refer to the amenities list for an updated list of all amenities.



Shared Amenities: We are not responsible for random maintenance or closures of amenities, as they are managed by the apartment complex and shared among all residents!

Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Coveted Hospitality Guest App:

- $1,000 refundable security deposit, or

- $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

- 1 pet: $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay)

- 2 pets: $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay)

Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

- Primary guest must be 21 or older. Groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee, regardless of group size. This is a single flat fee applied once per booking, not per guest.

- All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
