There's something wonderful about spending a few days together and still having your own front door. Mornings begin on both sides before everyone starts finding each other. Plans get made, people head in different directions, and at the end of the day the courtyard becomes the middle again. You get the fun of being together with the freedom to settle into 2 completely separate homes when the day is done.
The homes are exclusively yours and each has its own exterior entrance. They are not connected inside, so please review the 3D floor plan to make sure the layout works for your group.

🔥 Meet in the Middle
This is where 2 homes start to feel like one. Coffee makes its way outside in the morning. Someone comes home first and lights the fire. The rest trickle back from campus, a game, work, dinner or whatever brought everyone to Raleigh in the first place. Pull up a chair beneath the trees and string lights, and suddenly you're all together again.
✓ Fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs ✓ Cornhole ✓ Mature trees · string lights ✓ 6 private off-street parking spaces
📍 Right in Raleigh
Being this close means the car can stay put more often. Walk to campus, grab coffee, head to dinner or wander through Village District, then come home to a residential street with your own driveway waiting.
✓ NC State campus ✓ Village District shopping · restaurants · coffee ✓ Hillsborough Street favorites ✓ Harris Teeter · Target nearby ✓ Pullen Park minutes away ✓ PNC Arena + many Raleigh attractions ~10–15 minutes

The Cottage was perfect for our needs. Communication was so great! Everything you need is provided. It was a great location. Great parking! It was really nice to have separate space.
Wonderful location! Excellent host! House was well stocked with everything we needed! Even had nice blankets for couch and plugs beside beds which I thought was a great touch! We would definitely rent again sometime! Highly recommend!
This was a perfect spot for the festival. Blocks away from NC State and downtown. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful property. The host was also very responsive and attentive to our needs.
4 of us (myself and 3 coworkers) stayed here while attending training in Raleigh. It worked out well to have our own space and bond. Great location for walking to various restaurants and shopping.
Awesome Wolfpack location. All the amenities that you would need. Post is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here during the Wolfpack football season.
What a great stay! This place was perfect for our group and gave us room to spread out and have a bit of healthy separation.
Beata's an amazing host. She provided everything we needed to cook meals, and it truly felt like home for a few days!
We especially loved how close this house was to campus and the village district. So much to do!
Thanks again Beata!!

Perfect family retreat
Absolutely loved our stay at the Wolfpack cottage celebrating our daughter’s graduation with 12 family members! We loved having the fire pit courtyard where everyone could congregate to catch-up each day and also have cornhole tournaments! We cooked each night and were not at a loss for any amenities! It was a great week and I highly recommend for any group get togethers. Close to everything!
There are so many positive things to say about this home, everything was brand new, the bedrooms are large and very comfortable, there are several places outside to sit and enjoy the sun or relax, communications with Beata were excellent, we found everything we needed in the kitchens and bathrooms, and we found many interesting parks and sights while walking around the neighborhood.

Amazing home and outdoor space!
The homes are both beautiful inside. They are comfortable and cozy. We had every room full and were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and spent many hours playing cornhole. It was very convenient to be able to walk to campus.
We came for a weekend with family including kids ranging from 6-18 and were beyond impressed with the cottage. The outdoor space was fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked. Sheets and towels were soft and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with before and after arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend,
The kitchen was fully equipped. The place was super comfortable and clean. The host was exceptionally accommodating and communicative. Walking distance to shops. Location was central to Apex, Cary and Raleigh.
What a wonderful 3 night stay. The cottages were immaculate and cozy. Well equipped kitchens, comfortable furniture and beds. Walking distance to the University Campus and not far from various shops and dining options. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend, and would stay again if I ever visit the university again.
peaceful.

5 Stars Family Time
We had a great stay at the Wolfpack cottage. It is in a great location near NC state, Village District, grocery stores, etc. It is like a duplex and we rented both sides for our family. Everything was very nice, from the kitchen being well stocked with cooking utensils to the bedding for chilly nights. We really enjoyed the fire pit area. We wish we would have found it 4 years ago when we started spending Thanksgiving up in Raleigh!

Wolfpack Stay
Overall this was a great place to stay. Very very clean and we loved the two separate spaces. We did think that comfortably only 11 people should stay in the space. We did have a kid that ended up sleeping on the couch due to space. The host was very easy to communicate with and it was a great location. I would definitely recommend renting this space!
The property is immaculate and very well thought out. The little touches that the host provides were wonderful! It’s the perfect location for celebrating Graduation with family or just a weekend away. The furniture and bedding are very comfortable The rainfall showers were lovely. Located very close to many shops, restaurants and NCSU. Off street parking was perfect. The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond. If you are in Raleigh don’t hesitate to stay!
