Guest Access & Parking
Enjoy seamless check-in with our keyless entry system. You`ll have access to the entire interior of the B unit, with the exception of a linen closet and crawlspace. The back patio, yard, and the spectacular rooftop are exclusively yours to enjoy. Free parking is available in the driveway, which can accommodate two cars, or on the street.
Parking Instructions:
*Driveway Access: The driveway is accessible via the Unit B side of the property.
*Driveway Capacity: The driveway can comfortably fit 2 standard-sized cars, or up to 3 small cars.
*Street Parking:
*In front of the house: This street parking area should be used by Unit A guests.
*Fargo Street: Additional street parking is available on Fargo Street.
Sorry, no garage access.
Duplex Etiquette: This is Unit B of a duplex, and Unit A may have other guests. Please be considerate of the boundaries between the units on the roof and back patio.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
Pets (Dogs Only):
Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Please include your dog(s) in the guest count when booking, as per Airbnb policy.
There`s a limit of two dogs (2) per stay.
You are responsible for picking up all dog waste on the property. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning fee.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted. A $300 fee will be charged for non-compliance, plus an additional charge for each guest exceeding the house occupancy limit of seven (7).
Scheduled Services: Landscaping, trash, recycling, and pest control services are utilized during the week. Please allow these teams access to the exterior of the house to complete their scheduled work.
Post-Checkout Inspection: After your checkout, the property will be cleaned and inspected for any damages, excessive wear and tear, or extra cleaning/laundry needs.
Additional Charges: Any extra charges incurred for cleaning, maintenance, or damages will be charged to you.
Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-out time is 11:00 AM sharp, unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.
We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs due to our professional cleaning schedule.
Failure to check out on time will result in a $120 fee.
