Comfortable accommodations

Comfortable home which gave everyone in our group plenty of space to relax and enjoy their stay. Host was very kind and the home is beautifully decorated. Excellent equipped kitchen made for easy meals/snacks.

Great house for family of 6 to stay for a family wedding in Cary. Close to town, house had everything we needed, very clean, and host was available if we needed anything.

Perfect Spot

We had a lovely stay here for our Raleigh trip. It was a wonderful place and easy to get to Lenovo Center for a Canes game, and lots of options for food, etc. Having 3 king beds was definitely a plus, and the bathrooms were just perfect! The house is right off the road, but we never really heard any road noise and it was very easy to get on and out. The backyard is also great for hanging out. We will definitely stay again!!

Very clean, comfortable & fully stocked house convenient to shopping, dining & Lake Wheeler. Comfortable home with nice outdoor deck, grill & fire pit. We enjoyed the whole house inside & out.

Great weekend trip

The house was beautiful and super clean. They had everything we could need and more! The construction next door was surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy being together.

Nice accomodation for family get-a-way.

"We had a great stay at this home. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The fenced-in yard was a nice bonus, especially for our family. While there was a construction site next door, it didn’t bother us at all since we were out for most of the day. The location was convenient, with restaurants and stores close by. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time together as a family."

Nice house comfortable beds . Needs new couches and a book with direction on tv, dishwasher, coffee maker and heat programming would be helpful. Overall very nice loved the king size beds

Well appointed find!

Girls weekend in Cary for talking, eating, shopping and laughing - this was the perfect home base! There is construction next door so we were concerned but no noise came in to bother us!

The home was easy to get to from the highway and was close to both restaurants and stores. It is very well appointed, was very clean and comfortable. All the bedrooms were large and the beds were great. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio getting some of the afternoon sun. And the shower in the master ensuite is pretty awesome. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Location, Easy Access

This was a perfect location to serve our Parents Weekend at NC State. The property has great proximity to campus and other restaurants and shopping. One recommendation would be to supply wood or fire logs for the backyard fire pit. We loved the space and privacy of the backyard! Thank you!

Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our family weekend at the Southern Charm house! The house was just what we needed for our group. It is extremely clean, has a nice living room with large streaming TV, and a well stocked kitchen. All three bedrooms have comfortable King beds. This house is in a great location - near several restaurants and close to UNC and NC State. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable

The property was very clean and bright and the a comfortable arrangement and furniture. There was massive construction going on next door, but not in the mornings or evenings when we were there. I did come back to take a nap one day and heard a lot of that, but was still able to rest. The hostess was very quick to respond to questions I had and even called to make sure we figured things out.

Modern Southern Charm

The home is very lovely and has so much charm. Super clean and very comfortable. My husband loved the feel of the beds and pillows. I loved all the tea offerings! They didn’t leave anything out, they made sure you had everything to feel at home. Anytime I had questions or concerns they quickly got back to me. This home is centrally located to some fabulous restaurants, shopping and anything else you maybe looking for.. A must stay if in the area. We will be back!

Just as pictured

My 94 year old father and I stayed here on a visit to my son, who lives in Apex. We needed a ranch with few steps, and this property worked out beautifully. Everything was clean, well maintained and updated. And the carport provided protection from rain during entry into the house. There is a nice deck and a yard off the kitchen which is very nice. Of note: While it did not impact us at all, there is a large construction site next door to the house.

Convenient in Cary

We selected this property for access to kid friendly activities and grocery shopping and it delivered for us. Everything required driving access. The house is easily accessible and had easy parking in front. The house was super clean and nicely updated. Good bedrooms and bathrooms for our family combination. Nice kitchen and big dining area was great for family meals. Big backyard was great for entertaining little kids by day. Hosts were great to work with, very communicative throughout. Short drive to downtown Raleigh for First Night celebration. Thank you!

Wonderful property!

This house was superb! Very clean, large living space, large bedrooms, wonderful deck amongst a forest of trees. There is some construction going on across the street apartments, there was not very much noise inside the house. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
