Modern family friendly 2200 square foot updated single-family home with very comfortable furnishings. Uncluttered for maximum relaxation!
This home has a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room and den each have their own TV with Roku.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom and shower.
The second bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle, and they share a bathroom with a tub/shower.
The fourth bedroom is privately located in the lower level and has a queen bed and half bath.

Items provided in the house for your use:
Large full-size washer and dryer, 75” TV with surround sound and Roku, Rear deck BBQ grill.
Pool and bath towels, cooking supplies, silverware, assortment of spices, drip style coffee maker, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryers, and vacuum.

Once you book, we'll send instructions on how you'll access the house and other valuable information. The entire home is yours to enjoy, please treat it as you would the home of a friend and we'll do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and the property. Any tampering with cameras, including but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras, are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Kitchen is well appointed. The backyard is exactly as shown. A good time was had by all. Bring your own tolitries, and for 8 people we had 8 towels, which was tight. That said would definitely would use again, and recommend.

Perfect stay for family and friends
We absolutely loved our stay and Raleigh. This home was very cozy and comfortable. We had other friends visit the house to play Pickleball in the backyard. Plenty of chairs for everyone to sit around the fire pit paddles and balls included. We played all day into the night. Well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bedding. We did have trouble with a TV remote, and the host was very helpful in getting that fixed. I would highly recommend this home. Thank you, Terry. We really did enjoy our stay.

Fantastic place!
I almost don’t want to tell everyone how great it was for fear of it booking up and not being available next time I want it! The house was beautiful, clean and decorated so well. The location was fantastic - lots of restaurants and retail nearby. I can not say enough good things about the backyard outdoor area. The umbrellas were great, fire pit (though we did not use it) was lovely - but the best part was the pickleball court. Just wonderful!! This house makes for a wonderful family weekend!!

We really enjoyed the house and pickle ball court. Its a very unique and cool feature and fun for everyone whether or not you play. Hot tub was also cool while it was hot.
