Chic Modern Mountain Cabin 220 ft of Waterfront, Dock, AC, Sleeps 12

"This is a fantastic location!! The dock is right by the little island and the view is fantastic. You have the best access to Lake Glenville from this spot. Even if you don't want to go on the boat, the kids can easily access the lake from the shore and dock and explore the island for lots of independent fun. The fire pit is also so great with plenty of fire wood. The basement beds are so fun for the kids, love the way that it is set up! We will be back!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the 1937 cabin. The hosts provided recommendations for dinner and activities when we made our reservation. Before and after check-in, the hosts were available to answer questions and made us feel so welcome. The cabin itself was beautiful and well stocked with special amenities as well as all the essentials we needed. The refrigerator was stocked with beverages and the freezer with ice cream! Everything you needed for s’mores by the outdoor fire pit was provided. The screened in porch was a favorite spot to have breakfast and listen to nature. The privacy offered by staying in a cabin on a private estate is a very rare find making this cabin a very special place. We hope to return to this peaceful place again!"

"Our stay at Pop’s Peak was wonderful. The cabin was perfect. I would say it’s one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. It was stocked better than any other rental property I’ve ever seen. The host was great. Five stars all around."

"My family and I had an awesome stay at Mom‘s place! Lisa was extremely helpful and communicative. The cabin was very accommodating and well equipped. The view from the deck was second to none!! The view was what made us rent the place, and it didn’t disappoint. Very well located there are lots of hiking trails, towns, fun things to do. We will definitely be staying there again."

"Another great experience at this quintessential lake cabin. Our grandkids loved the loft and the bear motif! We always love the unbeatable views from the house, porch and deck. We cooked and ate our meals on the porch. Grandkids swam the waters around the dock. We boated and explored the numerous coves. Even tho it rained for much of our stay, we had a great time. Debra and Mark are always available for any questions and respond to any questions immediately. We will be back! Thank you!"

"Great stay in Glenville! We had a wedding a Chimney pond. Pro's - the location can't be beat- especially for weddings at Chimney Pond! The views of the lake and of the Christmas tree farm were awesome. The layout and bathrooms worked well for our 3 couples. The golf cart was a much appreciated bonus :)Con's - The road getting to the house is very narrow. The driveway is short and steep. You have to take you garbage to the dump. We arrived in the middle of the night Thursday into Friday, Saturday was a holiday and Sunday the dump is closed. If it would have worked out, it is not convenient to stop in the middle of your vacation to handle garbage. For us, we had to illegally dump it in a dumpster that we found."
