"Requested a room due to health issues near door or near elevator. Was put in room midway down the hall..a long treck for me. Room very clean, clean linens, sparkling white towels and good amenities. AC worked great. Only thing not up to our last stay was the breakfast. Only choices were freshly to order omelet and waffle maker. Two cold cereal.choices, instant oatmeal, bagels , bread, and no yogurt cups. Fruit was a few apples. Juices seemed watered down. Overall dissapointed in the breakfast. I would stay again because room was very clean."

"David checked us in. He knows a lot about the area and gave us some travel/sightseeing recommendations....ice machine wasn't working, but David provided us with a bag of ice. Old property on Rte 66 and so wear and tear and age of hotel was to be expected. It was a 1 night stay."

"Staff was very helpful, giving us a ground floor room (I’m almost 79yo) & a 1-hr late check out so we could go to church w/ friends before leaving. Breakfast was ok, the OJ was best I remember having, the sausage links looked OLD but tasted ok; scrambled eggs looked good but tasted just ok. The shredded potato were tasteless. All the above were barely warm much less hot. The biscuits were xlnt but the butter was ice cold & didn’t spread at all. Still, there’s nowhere else decent to stay except Holiday Inn & they want another $80-ish to stay there. I’d stay at BW again."

"The room was spacious and cool, handicapped accessible.Bathroom and floors were up to date. There was a few things we had trouble with, the, AC was noisy, most likely the fan going out. The biggest problem was the grab bar in the shower was pulling away from the wall, that being said, it was not up to code. Grab bars must be anchored to a stud not put up with plastic anchors."

"This was our 3rd time to stay this property. The same time each year. We love that we can get a two bedroom suite. The suite was very clean as was the property. The hotel manager was very nice. HOWEVER, this is the 2nd year in a row that the breakfast juice machine doesn’t work and apparently has never been fixed. The ice machine by the toasters was out of order for the 2nd year. They do not provide water in the breakfast area. I’ve had to ask the desk clerk for 3 years for water. The hot tub was out of order. The elevators sound like a rock tumbler is active and on top of the cars. And to top it off NO TV!!! Their television system was out of order on the end of the building we were on!!! So I paid for the most expensive room they have (3rd year), have 3 tv’s in our suite and can’t watch tv."
