Very nice hotel. Room was very clean quiet, and comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent (dinner and breakfast). I enjoyed my stay.

Great Location, specially for people looking a quiet place near farms and stables around that area. One night the AC didn’t work. Was the only issue. And they remediate adjusting the balance at check out.

Nice hotel in front of Chateau

Did not have one of our two reservations on file. The staff acted promptly to assign my Father a special room for disabled people. Excellent service. Will come back again. :)

Unfortunately i chose to stay the night when the city had a music festival... parking was bad and finding the hotel was next to impossible because most streets were blocked!

Excellent location opposite the château, big bedroom, clean bathroom. Staff variable - excellent, helpful and super friendly lady at breakfast/ bar in the morning, but bar man the night before was drinking beer and didn’t seem as responsive to guests as I would like. Man at reception treated us like 2nd class guests… not sure if because we arrived by bike or booked by Expedia. Totally different to what we found in other hotels in the area on our cycle trip.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is opposite the hotel which you pay at machine for but beware if you stay on a Friday night as this carpark is used for a local market on Saturday.

L'emplacement est super. L'hotel offre un excellent petit déjeuner de qualité. Par contre, notre chambre était usée, le frigo en panne ( nous l'avons dit le premier jours) et la salle de bain sale sur le Mur autour de la toilette et du ruban adhésif autour de la poignée de la chambre. La literie était confortable par ailleurs.

Hôtel dans le standard des Mercure avec l’avantage d’être situé au centre de Rambouillet avec restaurants autour. Quelques soucis récurrents avec la climatisation dans certaines chambres mais le personnel trouve une solution et est agréable.

Petit déjeuner affreux

Qualite de l hebergement mais unnpetit dejeuner loin du concept Mercure. Je suis arrive a 8h05 et j avais l impression qu un ouragan etait passe. Difficulté d avoir une table propre le buffet avec beaucoup de manques ( fromage jambon yoghourt ...) durant les 15 mns de mon petit dej pas ame qui vive afin de verifier le buffet et debarasser les tables ...lors de mon intervention a la reception pour signaler 1 jeune employe m a pris de haut et m a repondu qu il etait seul et avait eu un groupe de 70 personnes. En quoi suis je responsable de cela et pourquoi n aurais je pas une prestation identique aux autres personnes le tout en payany 19.5€ ? Il a continué a me tenir tête au lieu de s excuser. Lorsque je suis redescendu 15 mns plus tard il etait toujours en train de discutet avec sa collegue et la salle dans le meme etat. Pourquoi la direction n a pas prevu plus qu une personne sachant qu il y avait un groupe important ? La formation Accord n apprend pas que lorsqu un cluent est mecontent d une prestation on se tait et on s excuse ? Pour info c etait jeudi 13 fevrier. Cordialement

Je suis toujours content quand je reviens à Rambouillet et surtout à l’hôtel. Mais le problème de parking !!!!!!. La ville organise chaque fois des événements qui empêchent les gens d’arriver à l’hôtel.

Bien situé

Bien situé , juste à côté du château ! personnel agréable rendant service. Attention, il n’y a pas de parking gratuit à proximité. Les parkings sont tous payants aux alentours. De plus, attention aussi, la grande place de la mairie juste à côté se transforme en place de marché et rend tout stationnement impossible le vendredi soir et samedi toute la journée. et si le responsable du restaurant de l’hôtel ne m’avait pas prévenu, ma voiture partait à la fourrière ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner était parfait et très achalandé de plusieurs produits différents .

The property exactly met expectations. Clean and comfortable, with a great location. I was here on Friday night, which meant on Saturday morning I was able to peruse the delightful farmers market outside the door and then walk 3 minutes over to the Chateau and have a picnic. I cannot imagine a more lovely way to spend a Saturday morning.

I stayed in this hotel many years ago and it was magnificent, nowadays it has all gone down. The rooms, the furniture, the bathrooms, the upholstery, the towels... are old and it shows, one of our towels had a hole in it and you could see through parts of them. There were no ammenities watsoever. Definitely a let down.

Service could be improved

Could have been better, could be refurbished a bit, but overall, that was clean and bed comfortable. Service was really what I did not like. From a questionable check in with person telling me very naively, we will change your room tomorrow, not offering help to carry luggages or offering upgrade, to a check out where we were « forced » to pay taxes at 11pm, while it could have been done with check out day after (I still do not get it), or the restaurant asking us 1 out of 10 whether we wanted something or ignoring us completely that we had to go to another one, or even at breakfast, when for 45min, no table were cleaned up after rush hour and people ended up not having a clean place to seat. Definitely an improvement possible on that aspect. Rarely got such a bad service like this.
