"The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down.
I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "
"Very limited furniture in room ie table and side tables and room is quite small but other than that very impressive service from all staff, clean facilities, very quiet and peaceful hotel. Located fantastic for tram and bus, groceries dining.

"Our rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. As we were there less than 12 hours, I can't say much more, but we have no complaints whatsoever and no reason to believe that we would not have enjoyed the property more (pool, restaurant, etc.) had we stayed longer."
