"For the most part everything was good, our room did smell very musty though and it was so humid in the room the carpet was damp. It was very late and we were exhausted so we just went on to bed and I did not get a chance to say anything about it the next morning as they had several things the front desk was trying to take care of."

"Place was ok. It's one of those 40 year hotels that has had a new face put on it. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was terrible. It was a fairly reasonably priced place to sleep. I probably won't stay there again. I'll spend the extra 40-50 and go elsewhere."

"The room smelled very musty when we arrived and it took a day for the room to cool off and the smell to minimize, The bathroom also had a smell like sulfur which went away after 1 1/2 days. The furniture was old - should be replaced . No coffee pot and breakfast option was very minimal . Good things- bed was very comfortable and shower was very nice - bathtub floor was very slippery- thank goodness for grab bar."

"Terrible experience. Put us in a room with a TV that didn’t work. I complained and they told me they were full and didn’t have another room but eventually moved that afternoon. We moved and thatTV never streamed correctly either. Ordered some breakfast and it was her first week and she had no idea what she was doing. She was super sweet but hadn’t been trained. Even the coffee was watered down, didn’t even taste like coffee. Terrible experience! We go to Troy every year for Special...
