"The property was stinking really bad, room was not up to par, there were stains on bedsheet and pillow cover. Horrible parking space the elevator was not working…. As we were about to leave the parking space someone parked right in front of exit we waited but no one came to help we had to figure it out by ourselves. Would not recommend "

"Great clean hotel specially for NRI standards, Love the hospitality vibes and surroundings are calm, quiet, parking is easy. Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. "My stay in the Hyatt Centric was great. Hotel is situated at a very convenient place surrounded by greenery all around. Our check in was so smooth. We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. Food in the restaurant was very good and the service was superb. Aayush in the restaurant was extremely helpful and he took care of us every day. He provided s outstanding service and made us feel at home. He is very professional and knows his business very well. He went all out to help us. "
