"We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds. When we went to our room the smell in the room was awful. I asked for a new room. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. He gave us a new room. This room smelled better, but had a different smell (like a mildew smell). The room itself seemed to be in good shape. The only other thing that we noticed was that the carpet seemed to be pretty dirty (after showering and walking only in the room, our feet were dirty)."

"The outside carpet is not regularly vacuumed. 3-days. The glass of the closet door was cracked. The shower couldn’t be turned off completely. Drip, drip! The bathtub stopper was broken and didn’t work. The coffee machine appeared unclean as was removed from any electrical outlet. The male staff were short and rude when answering the phone and always hung up quickly without saying “Goodbye!” The ladies in the office were very pleasant face-to-face. The place just looks old and rundown. ...
