"Check in was very slow, no organization from staff on the incoming visitors and line continued to grow and last on the line ended up registering first."

"AC was not functioning properly. Temperature in the room was above average and during the mid day felt well above average. Rooms are not equipped with ceiling fan nor small fridge to keep drinks cool. Had trouble with the key not working and they kept sending me up and down saying they activated my key card and still did not work. Had to have bellman open my door each time I came and went."

"Me and my husband stayed at this hotel and all I can say it was a 10/10 experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was breathtaking. There was an oxxo next to the hotel if you wanted a late night snack which was super convenient. We will definitely be coming back!!"

"El hotel esta bien, no de maravilla. Esta limpio. Pero el personal son muy buenos para cobrarte lo necesario pero a la hora de un reembolso t lo hacen demasiado dificil. No son de mas amable. El restaurante tampoco es de lo mas agradable. Los meseros podrian ser un poco mas amables. Tienen un menu pero no todo lo que esta ahi, lo tienen disponible."

"The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. The three times that I've stayed there the internet never works. I have to use my American cell hotspot. The other gripe I have is the air conditioners are hit and miss. It's very humid inside and I count on the air to dry it out a bit. Never does."
