The room was adequate and clean but the original room was outside the main building complex and was older and not to my liking. I requested a change to the main building and the staff was courteous and helpful and they geeantmy request

Generally it was a good experience. We stayed in COVID-19 period, so many services like spa were unfortunately not available.

חוויה לא נעימה, להגיע למלון ולקבל חדר עם נורות תאורה שרופות, סתימה בכיור בחדר רחצה, מזגן שמתחיל לחמם אחרי זמן ממושך. במקום להציע לי חדר חלופי שלחו איש תחזוקה שעבד בחדר כשאני ממתין ארוכות בחדר שיסיים את הטיפול. לא ממליץ.

Staff was very nice. Beds were pretty uncomfortable since they moved easily (kosher twin beds). Heating wasn't strong enough for the weather. Breakfast was pretty good.
