"The hot is having improvement works being done. The rooms are well presented and have everything needed. The bed was okay, I didn't particularly find the bed comfortable but could have been me. Breakfast the first day was fine though they did get my breakfast wrong, a couple of others were similar, the second day was fine. You can still see the areas still to be updated but does look like well on the way. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel itself is great, with the dining area being beautiful & view great. You are paying for the view. The room was nice but for some unknown reason they put heating on at the height of summer. The window only opens less then a crack. Whist we did get provided with a fan the room was still red hot & as a result i was far too hot all night to sleep. We personally wouldn't stay again for that reason "

"Premises/ room and maintenance was of a good standard. Spa facilities were excellent and ladies providing treatments extremely friendly and accommodating Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with friendly staff however evening meal in the brasserie was of a poor standard. The food choice was poor and tasteless with more batter on the fish than fish itself and the rest was not value for money. As other restaurants were not close by we had no alternative but to drive out to eat elsewhere a lost...
