"Nice place to stay, can't beat the location. The local seal lions on the river are noisy pretty much all night and early morning. Hotel did provide earplugs in the room."

"Property is in being remodeled, dust and dirt everywhere. Barking dogs in rooms, doors slam shut with a noise, room door have gaps so noise travels inside. Breakfast was included but was very limited, fruit looked rotten, no cream for coffee. "

"The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. "

"We had 3 reservations. Before we even got to the property, 2 of our parties were being charged for the room, room service and incidentals. When we quesioned it they stated they accidentally checked in other people with the same last name to our rooms. They would refund the money but it would take 3-5 days, and then we had to pay still put out money for our rooms. 2 people had to double pay for the weekend because of their error. They only offered to comp 1 party their parking, the othet nothing was offered"
