Good parking space and warm storage place on ground-level for shoes and skies. Quite location. About 15min autodrive to parking ski-area Nassfeld-Hermagor. Think to visit it again. Very nice and good support from owner and neighbour."

"Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, super super netter Hausmeister vor Ort der alles regelt. Zahlungsmodalitäten über Fewo bei dieser Unterkunft eine einzige Katastrophe, habe die Restzahlung nachher über den Hausmeister abgewickelt. Einziges Manko vor Ort, Ballspielgeräte sind völlig veraltet und größtenteils nicht zu gebrauchen."

"Great comms, good location. The apartment was photographed with a really good camera as it looked a lot bigger on screen than it was in reality. For two adults it would have been fine but for three friends it was a bit of a squeeze. It was well presented and checkin checkout was extremely easy in that we just opened the key box and return the key afterwards without seeing anybody."

"My wife and I stayed at this property for four days, and really enjoyed the flat. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were warm and responsive hosts. I appreciated the hiking tips. The flat is super clean and works great for a couple. It's accurately depicted in the photos. I'd recommend staying an extra day or taking a day away from your active vacation to camp out on the balcony to watch the magnificent Alps across the valley. "We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad. Het huis was schoon en de locatie prima. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon, waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Vlakbij allerlei leuke uitgaansmogelijkheden. De gastheer erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Qua spullen, zoals zitplaatsen in woonkamer, keukengerei is het huis niet voor 8 personen geschikt. Wij waren met 7 personen en kwamen tekort. En de bank is echt een minpunt. Daar kun je niet op zitten. Als die vervangen wordt voor een fatsoenlijke bank, komen wij nog eens...

Unerfreulich war jedoch, das nach kompletter Bezahlung uns mitgeteilt worden ist, dass der Kamin nicht zu benutzen ist, dass es Zeiten für Warmwasser und auch für die Heizung gibt. Diese Zeitfenster mussten festgelegt werden, was mit zwölf Personen im ungeplanten Urlaubsmodus relativ schwierig ist. Dazu kam, dass Heizung und Warmwasser NICHT unabhängig voneinander funktionierten. Also entweder warmes Wasser oder warme Heizkörper. Des Weiteren hatte das Haus...

"Auf der Sonnenterrasse der Kärntner Alpen an oberen Ende eines alten Dorfes. der Platz wurde bereits im 15 Jhdt. bebaut und bewohnt. Das Alter des Hauses war unbestimmt, aber sicher alt. Modernisiert mit E.Heizung, im Bad der Fußboden, haben wir eigentlich nur einen alten Holzofen vermisst. Der hätte Platz genau dort, wo der Fernseher steht, den eigentlich Niemand mehr braucht, in dieser Lage, in dieser schönen Umgebung. Und das Wetter wie fast immer um diese Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft....
