30 km to the northeast from the center of Ranua, 105 km to the southeast from Rovaniemi, lake Simojärvi 25 m (Lautaselkä), shallow beach, soft bottom, pier, own rowing boat. Outboard motor (3.6 hp, 2-stroke) available for rent from the owner. The fuel is included in the rental fee.

Cabin is equipped with air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer. Air fryer and chest freezer.
Baking oven (only for stewing) connected to the fireplace, no fire in this part of the fireplace. There is also a wood stove on the kitchen side. Electric heating by transferable electric radiators.
65" smart TV in the living room/kitchen, smaller TVs in both bedrooms. Karaoke equipment available for rent from the owner, including a computer and 13,000 songs ready!

Charging an electric car is possible for an additional fee (agree the fee directly with the owner). The cottage has a power outlet, charging is done with the renter's own charging device.

The house is also well suited for customers with reduced mobility. There is a wheelchair ramp to the entrance, there are no thresholds inside, the rooms have wide doors, the bedrooms are spacious. Equipment for invalid people in the WC and shower facilities.
