Emanuele is very serious, professional and his advices were fundamental to visit the area. The location was amazing , and I would recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to visit the Cinque Terre area."

"Super clean room and hotel, really nice staff, and a great location. Bring slippers though—the floors are freezing. Breakfast isn’t worth it unless you’re a big eater. Would definitely stay again."

"Only stayed one night. Friendly and helpful staff, offering restaurant recommendations. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet. Lift was a bit small and slow. Great location with just a couple of minutes to all the main streets."

"It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."
