"The location is perfect - an easy stroll or bike ride into St Remy. The house was well equipped, comfortable, cozy (we stayed in winter) and felt just like home. "The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"

"Just returned from a lovely stay in Mouries, Provence. Rudy the owner was extremely helpful on arrival recommending some super places for us to visit. The air-conditioning was extremely welcome in the current heatwave we've been experiencing. A great boulangerie/patisserie 2 minutes on foot down the road (one of several in the town!) . Great base for our trips out to visit the region. The garden was particularly lovely to sit out in - beautifully maintained."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house. It has everything you need and is just a 15 minute walk into St Remy. Lots of places to visit, great restaurants and wonderful walks close by with the dog. The host is very hands off which suits us. The 4 weeks there passed quickly and our dogs had free run of the enclosed outside area."

"The owner, Genevieve, has renovated this 300 year old home to perfection. Every room is beautiful with modern plumbing and perfect attention to detail. The backyard was incredible and the small pool a relaxing end to our days traveling around Provence. St Rémy is a beautiful town that was full of great shopping and restaurants. What a joy to step around the corner each morning for patisserie and bread. Every time we had a question about something in the house we didn’t understand how to use,...
