This newly remodeled vacation rental is a perfect place to begin your next vacation. Located across from Torch River and three miles from the Torch Lake sand bar in beautiful northern Michigan gives plenty of opportunity to enjoy our lakes. The boat launch is 1/4 mile away on Torch River which leads to Torch Lake or Lake Skegemog and Elk Lake. The house sleeps 12 people comfortably with 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and plenty of living space. Amenities include: A/C, wifi, cable tv, laundry room with washer/dryer and folding table, 2 car attached garage that is a game room with pool and ping pong, and plenty of parking for your car and boats. The spacious back yard with large deck and gas grill will provide lasting memories for your family and friends. Great Stay!
This is a lovely property and perfect for a large family. Our young adults loved the pool table and ping pong available for evenings and for our one rainy morning. Good communication from the very nice owner/manager. Our only complaint would be a couple of very poor mattresses.

Perfect getaway!
From way back when I booked until the end of our trip, the communication with the owner was fantastic. She was so helpful and gracious. The house was perfect and just as described. She thought of everything. It was a great location for everywhere we wanted to go (torch lake, traverse city, petoskey, sleeping bear dunes, etc). There was lots of deer and bunnies in the yard and a perfect area for walking. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed every moment.

Just right in every way
Great house. Great location. Loved the amenities including billiard and ping pong tables. Clean, easy access, and clear communication with owner. Deer in the backyard by morning, bonfire in the evening. Just splendid.

Great Experience
Our family of eight had a great time staying at this location. The house is beautiful and located close to everything we were looking to enjoy (Torch Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, etc.). Our kids also had a blast with all of the games provided such as bags, pool, ping pong, etc. Host was easy to reach and the check-in / check-out process was as easy as any we’ve ever encountered. We’d definitely be interested in staying here again. Thanks for helping our family make lasting fun memories!

We had a great time! The house has been updated and looks great. The upstairs renovations were a big hit. We were actually able to have a couple of fires in the fire pit and used all of the wood provided. Thanks Tawny!

A last hurrah?
This house is great. We celebrated Christmas in June since no one had been vaccinated in Dec. Eighteen of us from 71 to 23 walked around the ping pong table and chose a present. There was plenty of seating for everyone. We had fun around the campfire and enjoyed the s’mores provided. The beautiful large, flat backyard was perfect for games. Nature provided black squirrels, deer, a fawn, many rabbits( big and little) and a blue jay. The setting was quiet but close to the Torch Lake sandbar. Everything was provided. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big plus. Not all eighteen of us stayed in this house. My sister and her family rented another home on the water for their boat. This was the first vacation with all my sibling in 30 years. I have two brothers actively fighting cancer and this get away was truly a blessing. Tawny, thank you for being an extraordinary owner and allowing us to come together perhaps as a last hurrah. Sincerely, The Harmeyer Family!

Great location!
The house was less than a mile drive to the boat dock and then just a 15 minute float down the river to torch lake and the sandbar! We had a blast, the house was set up perfect for our extended family of 12. Tawni communicated with us great and gave us tons of recommendations!

AMAZING!

Group Getaway
This is the second year that we've stayed at this home. Plenty of room and lots to do nearby. We golfed, shopped in Alden and Petoskey and had a great time. We are already talking about next year. The pool table and ping pong table are great if it's a not so great day weather wise. Almost everything we needed is there in the kitchen. Great patio area and fire pit. Deer are not shy. We had them in the yard numerous times while we were outside. Great place to stay!

Family getaway at torch lake
The property was perfect for our family of 12. Plenty of space, the yard is amazing for kids to run around. Boat launch very close! The house is stocked with everything you would need for cooking and cleaning up. Firewood was supplied which was so nice. We definitely plan on returning!
