"7 of us stayed at the property and the experience from booking, communicating with Sarah and the stay were excellent. The villa has everything you could need and is in a great location just minutes from both Praia da Luz and Lagos. We spent a lot of time in Lagos which is lovely, but also used the villa as a base to visit Silves, Albufeira, Vilamoura and Sagres, all of which are easily accessible. Would recommend!"

"Our family spent a week here in August and the house was brilliant. Nice grass area around the pool, perfect for children. Be careful to use the parasols on windy days. Although properly tight and secured, unexpectedly one of them flew off the base with a gust of wind and broke an already rusty arm. Sadly the owner held us responsible and took 75€ from the deposit on the grounds of improper use...a sad ending to a great week."

"Location is very good - check in was fine - have to say the actual property could use some updating - description says newly renovated. However, seems some things could use further updating especially bathrooms. All in all, it is an good space if you are ok with a little 'rough around the edges'"

"The villa was exactly as they said it would be. We had a marvellous family week in Burgas. The Villa is a short walk from the centre of the small village where there a number of fantastic restaurants and of course the beach. Having our own pool to dip into was just perfect and we will definitely return. Communication from the owners was excellent which took all the stress out of the whole process. Thanks for a fabulous week in the Algarve."

"This villa should have been great. It is well laid out, has a nice garden and is close to amenities and beaches. However on arrival we found one bedroom unavailable due to a leaking roof. Another has a major plumbing issue so that sewage water spills from the toilet to flood the bathroom and spread foul odours. A third bedroom is constantly damp in the spring because there is no central heating so when it's cold you have to light fires in several rooms. The hot water supply is hopeless - if you...
