"The outdoor pool was closed for renovations and we did not receive any information from the host letting us know the outdoor pool was under renovation. We should have received notice as soon as the host knew. We would have had the opportunity to evaluate if we wanted to cancel this reservation and book somewhere else. Extremely disappointed."
