"We had a fantastic two weeks at quinta azul. The highlights were definitely the enormous private pool and outdoor area. We loved the peaceful country location away from the touristy coast. Silves is only a few minutes away and has shops, bars and restaurants as well as a historical centre with a great castle. We would highly recommend this place for families looking for a quiet and simple retreat!"

"I really tried to like this place, but cannot recommend the gatekeepers house. It doesnt match the price point. Two-way communication was non-existent, got emails directly from them and through hotels.com, but never a response when replying. Oh well, we got in regardless. Hiccup? The place itself is a step up from glamping. The pool is the only redeeming element. It's clean & worked well for our family. Ants? yup, but not sure what they could do about it, your in the middle of a vineyard....

"We really enjoyed the stay in the beautiful mill. I recommend to rent a car to be able to visit all the nice sightseeing attractions. In the mill you find everything you need (waterbed / little kitchen / beautiful bathroom / grill outside / peaceful area). The pleasant communication with Jacqueline enables an uncomplicated stay."

"Siamo stati in questa casa in due famiglie (9 persone in totale). È un grande appartamento in una bella casetta tranquilla, poco fuori Armacao de Pera. C'è una bella area esterna per mangiare e fare il barbecue. C'è anche una bella piscina in condivisione con altri 2-3 appartamenti. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e si preoccupava che tutto andasse bene. La zona è perfetta per raggiungere le mete più famose dell'Algarve, ma è comunque rilassante. Unico neo è che essendo in 9 due persone...

"Superbe propriété avec tout le confort. 5 chambres avec tout le confort. Le seul bémol, il est indiqué 12 couchages mais les canapés (2) ne se convertissent pas (ou nous n’avons pas su le faire) donc pas très confortable pour un adulte. Piscine super, attention plutôt profonde avec des enfants. Mis à part cela tout est superbe, propriétaires accueillants et restaurant à deux pas très typique. Vous passerez un très bon séjour."

"Property is perfect. Communication and support from Celia exceptional. April 29th Power cut even had Celiac coming around with emergency lanterns and batteries. TV smart and massive. Pool lovely. Beds comfy. Pool table and games room fab. Dog loved it, very safe. Best equipped house we've stayed in and we've stayed in a few. Towels and linen lovely. Bbq good. Outside seating and loungers comfy. May well be back. Everything seemed brand new. "

"Fantastisch! Tolle Ausstattung der Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck, Gewürzen und sonstigen Utensilien zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel während des Aufenthalts möglich (wurde seitens des Vermieters angeboten)Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Miguel!"

"Nach dem wir zunächst ein völlig indiskutables Ferienhaus hatten (muffig, abgeranzte Möbel, uraltes, dreckiges Kücheninventar) haben wir dieses schöne, sehr geräumige Haus bekommen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und angenehm. Der Pool ist riesig und hatte abends Beleuchtung. Alles war tiptop, nur die Gartenmöbel hätten bequemer sein können. Das Haus liegt sehr abseits in Orangenhainen, aber in 15 Autominuten war man am Strand."

"The house is not in the place like you can see in the description of the owner, there is only the office... the house address you get only after check-in and it is fare away from armação de pera, you need always your car! There are no sufficient power plugs in the rooms, only one plug free in the kitchen, no air-conditioned rooms, bathroom smells always strong, bed to small... Over all inventary very old and rocked down. Positiv was the clean pool."
