The interior of the villa is modern, bright and airy and decorated in natural colors. The first floor has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the courtyard and pool. On the second floor there are three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a playroom for children. Visit the nearby islands such as Losinj, Cres and Krk and enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean. For all lovers of active vacations, the east coast is ideal. This is where you will find the best cycle paths connecting the east coast with the interior of Istria. In the north of the peninsula is the Ucka Nature Park, where you can enjoy hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. The excellent location of Villa Laurea offers many opportunities for day trips. Visit the interior of Istria, where you will find numerous medieval hilltop towns and first-class traditional restaurants serving local specialties. Also visit the west coast of the peninsula and its tourist gems such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec. Don't forget to visit the Brijuni National Park, an archipelago in the south known for its beautiful beaches and archaeological sites.
