"We had a wonderful stay! The staff at both the hotel and Sea Level Restaurant and Lounge went above and beyond to make our birthday weekend truly special. The restaurant’s attentiveness, and exceptional service made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Thank you to Davis, the manager! It’s clear that the restaurant team takes great pride in creating an outstanding guest experience, and it truly shows. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"This property is a great find in a highly sought out area.. It is steps away from excellent dining and shopping in the riviera through a back gate and you can walk to,the strand and down to the beach. You do not have to worry about finding a parking space, which is at a premium in this location. The space you have is quite small, do not bring a large vehicle. Bonuses are being able to have breakfast or just a cup of coffee on your balcony , enjoying the sounds of the ocean , AWA viewing sunsets, air conditioning, if it is too warm outside, beach equipment that you do not have to bring, an outdoor shower to rinse off afterwards, and a very relaxing atmosphere. There is some noise at night, but not when you need to sleep, the bed is excellent, the bathroom is clean and you do not have to fight the shower for water , and the sweet wheat French bakery, walking distance on PCH. Cons are a drip coffee maker consider BYO coffee if you do not use a French press or drip, and if it is important to you,wonky energy, saving full size refrigerator, but your food will be OK and a pay washer dryer on the property so bring your coinage.It is an excellent find , considering the price and prime location. I lived previously in nearby P V and recognize the value of this property. You will not be disappointed. It is a short drive to the PV Peninsula, country store Yum and where you can view Catalina Island at the lighthouse nature trail and ocean cliffs, we certainly did. ENJOY"
Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina

"Sonesta is a high-end property that hosts weddings and other large events. Their staff is professional, but not incredibly friendly. It should be noted that it is a VERY LONG walk from the parking structure to the elevator, then another VERY LONG walk to the room if you are above Room #50 on any floor. Inconvenient if you are coming + going often. I inquired about a reduced rate for the $40/day parking garage but was told the garage is owned by a separate company and they don't have a "relationship" with them. HOWEVER, we were told to use our hotel room key for entering and exiting the garage! Seems dishonest. We did not know until we arrived that the swimming pool was closed for renovations, something that should have been noted on their website, as their pretty promo photos show a beautiful pool."

"Our family had such a great time. I rate this as a five star experience. We headed out to the beach which was amazingly close and had a blast. We could come and go from the beach which was perfect for us. We loved the out front Bbq and fire place. We played games (which our host supplied in our room) and enjoyed ourselves very much. If laundry is mandatory, make sure to ask the host if it is working. The dryer was not working when we were there. Our family wants to come back. Thank you for an amazing family vacation."
