  • Last year I spent the day driving around Los Angeles with a couple of photography friends. As we arrived at the Korean Friendship Bell I shot this picture while my buddy shot his composition standing next to me! I honestly didn't care for this picture when it was shot and we were going to reshoot during a sunset at a later date...then my friend died and I have found a different level of appreciation for this picture! I will always remember his generosity, crazy sense of humor, and his love for his two children! RIP Thomas Allen Gartner III

The Pacific Inn & Suites was nice and clean. We had an amazing sleep as there wan zero noise at night. A huge thank you to the staff on that check-in and check out day as they were kind and informative.

with the exception of the homeless who camped outside the room we had on the street side, this is a lovely hotel. Every room has been redone very well. It is quiet and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed the large room, helpful staff, and proximity to area parks--Cabrillo Beach, Point Fermin, and Angel's Park. Quite a wait for hot water and WiFi was erratic, but the staff responded right away whenever there was a glitch.
