"As with most places, the staff was great and helped all that they could. Very good price and had a king and twin bed for the 3 of us. The only thing that brought this rating down was the bathroom which was small, the type with no shower curtain, but we managed and would go back for the location close to Platinum Mall and many small shops."

"The room was very good and close walk to Hua Lampong MRT. Helpful and friendly staff. 10 min walk into the heart of Chinatown. The only things I missed in the room was a fridge and a bedside light. "

"The place was stunning! We loved that we could basically walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were amazed by how clean the place was. It was even prettier than the photos. "Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Huge thermite problem. My luggage was filled with thermites when I came home. My room was full of thermites twice. It’s a cheap hostel in Thailand, AC works, fan is good. Can’t expect much more. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights and we thought check in went reallu smoothly, the concierge was really friendly and helpful when we needed information about local attractions. The hotel was in a great location, connecting to a popular mall, which we also visited a few times. We booked some treatments in the spa and i can say that the service, and treatments were amongst some of the best we've had. The rooms had all of the amenities, with extra soft towels. The shower was super powerful. I'd recommend this hotel. "
